At Hazlure, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
1. Returns Within 30 Days
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Starting a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at support@hazlure.store.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:
- Step-by-step return instructions
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item or size
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hazlure.store and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Wrong size delivered
All exchanges depend on product availability. Shipping times for replacement items may vary.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return meets our requirements, you won’t incur any additional charges for returning your item.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days
- In some cases, it may take up to 7 business days after approval
Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied during checkout. We’re unable to apply discounts after an order has been completed.
